The Program Manager II will oversee and manage the production delivery and fulfillment services needed for the administration of ACT products to ensure a successful end-to-end client experience.


Typical work-related activities include:

  • Establish, implement and maintain operational product roadmaps that align with product, service and IT roadmaps.

  • Establish and maintain a standard menu of services for product.

  • Serve as a lead and/or resource to resolve complex delivery issues and work with collaborative organizational teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with area subject matter experts, across supply chain operations, to determine if non-standard operational requests may be fulfilled.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts with various departments including product incident input.

  • Review content and approve product solution that is contained in all contract documents and requests for approval.

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement activities related to systems, processes and/or procedures.



  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business

  • Or an equivalent combination of education and project or program management experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired


  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience in progressively responsible roles leading implementation, and/or fulfillment delivery services required

  • Project management experience required

  • Experience with technology and systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite,, MS Project Schedule and assessment delivery systems

  • Large-scale paper and online assessment delivery experience preferred

  • Agile experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions

  • Good project management skills

  • Strong collaborative and facilitative skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders

  • Highly self-motivated and proven ability to take initiative

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and manage to deadlines
